Khajjiar is a hill station in Chamba district, Himachal Pradesh, India, located approximately 24 kilometres from Dalhousie. The hill station is surrounded by meadows and forests. It has a rare combination of three ecosystems: lake, pasture and forest. On 7 July 1992, Swiss Envoy Willy P. Blazer, Vice Counselor and Head of Chancery of Switzerland in India brought Khajjiar on the world tourism map by calling it “Mini Switzerland”.

Khajji Nag temple or Golden Devi Temple is a 12th-century Hindu temple dedicated to snakes & decorated with ornate wood carvings and pictures of Pandavas of Mahabharata times. - Lord Shiva Statue- Tallest Statue in Himachal Pradesh
The Lord Shiva statue is the most worthiest place in Khajjiar. The height of statue is about 85 ft. and it is the tallest statue of Himachal Pradesh and amongst the top ten in India. The statue is of pure copper and shines under the sun rays.
