Interview with Foodie, Blogger & Reviewer “Manvi Gambhir”
Welcome once again to our Interview series, where we talk with travelers, photographers, bloggers, influencers, fashion designers and many more people all around the globe and share their ideas, journey’s and tips.
Today we have a young guest Manvi Gambhir who is a blogger and a girl behind the instagram page “delhifoodprn”. Manvi is a blogger & food reviewer who is exploring mouth watering and best food since her childhood. Apart from blogging she also loves to hangout with their friends at new restaurants or cafe’s. Moving to the Manvi, let’s have a quick discussion.
Questions & Answers
1. Please tell our readers about yourself and your blog?
I am currently in my 3rd year of engineering . I was born in a punjabi family and since I was a child i used to watch food shows and make a bucket list of food experiences in every state, well that explains my love for exploring and food! Starting almost one year back ,I used to click pictures with my phone and went out to eat with my friends and family and then gradually made an account on Instagram for the content.
2. On what parameters you give your reviews on a particular restaurant?
First thing which I see is the taste of food and how well it is prepared. Secondly for dine in, we see the location, ambience, value for money, service and most important hygiene of the particular café or restaurant. When you are bringing a big group, I look for one that will give you value for your money. This does not mean being cheap but getting a good meal that you feel happy about paying. You are satisfied for what you get.
3. What’s your favourite restaurant or food place?
There are some places in Delhi. But I guess the most interesting is kham coffee house in Majnu ka tila A lot can happen over Coffee. Since then, Kham coffee house have a special place in my heart. I love their lively ambience that brings bricks to life.
4. How did you manage your food cravings during the lockdown?
While people have been stuck at home , they’ve been experimenting cooking and eating more homemade food now and so as me. I’ve tried making so many food recipes such as pav bhaji, garlic bread, paneer tikka and many more.
5. What’s your favourite dish for your sweet tooth cravings?
Dark chocolates and icecream. Perfect combo!!
6. According to your opinion what’s the quick technique or way for getting more fan following or becoming famous on Instagram?
Your bio is the first thing people see. People come on Instagram not to be sold to by a corporation, but to be entertained. They want to know the YOU behind your account. Keep current followers informed on your latest updates. Being open and transparent will go a long way to help you connect with your audience .Staying organized and planning content in advance can make being Instagram famous significantly more manageable.
